Linardići are located on the western part of the island of Krk, only 2 km away from the Vela and Mala Jana bays.
It was built in the 15th century when Prince Frankopan settled that part of the island. Today, there are about 138 inhabitants living in Linardić, mainly engaged in agriculture, olive growing and recent tourism.

However, tourism is a new branch, Linadrići have no luxurious hotels or camps, but private accommodation with numerous apartments and rooms as well as villages with pools.

One of these forms of accommodation is Olive Gardn Villas Krk, which includes Villa Lynn and Villa Tessa. The host Fred is a Canadian Croat who returned to Croatia in 1992 and as many recognized the opportunity and devoted himself to tourism. Most of the 27-year-old has worked in medical equipment companies and has visited more than 70 countries and has lived in 8 of them.
