The newly built spacious stone “Villa Lynn” is located in the village of Linardići on the western part of Krka. Like her friend, “Villa Tessa“, was built in perfect proportions of traditional and modern design. Wake up surrounded by organic olive trees of over 120 years old that stretch to about 5000 m2, and in a clean, quiet, noisy drink your morning coffee. “Villa Lynn” is designed to allow guests to enjoy indoor and outdoor barrier-free spaces with numerous sliding doors, allowing guests to easily and quickly enter and leave the house. The bustling first floor is complemented by a large terrace of 30 m2 which offers a beautiful view of the sea, olive grove and surrounding area. “Villa Lynn” is intended for up to 10 guests and consists of 2 large living rooms (one on the ground floor and one on the ground floor), 2 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms with double beds.

The yard around the house is large around 700 square meters and is connected to a common area where there is an arbor with a bread oven where you can prepare delicious delicacies. There is also access to the olive grove mentioned above, both villas with swings and swingers for children, and a bowling alley for those older.

Here you can still experience the blend of modern and bustling life with the traditional countryside that has been preserved throughout the centuries.

Guests are always at the disposal of the owners and employees of the villa who will make sure that nothing breaks your vacation. If necessary, it is possible to rent a chef and a cleaner.
