VILLA TESSA

A newly built spacious stone villa with a saltwater pool is located within a 120 year old olive grove and with a lot of yard space (500m2). The hideaway and away from the other houses in the village is the perfect choice for a relaxing holiday with your family or your loved ones. The spectacular view of the sea and the vicinity of the town of Krk give this house an extra tone. The villa is categorized as a  4* facility and offers all the contents as well as an object of this categorization. There is also a smaller garden for daily consumption of fresh vegetables, as well as plenty of figs that deliver over 1000kg of sweet fruit during August.
The villa consists of 150m2 of internal space and 50m2 covered
terraces, combining traditional and modern architecture with a unique view of the sea and a large yard of 500m2, which features a 36m2 swimming pool.
Adjacent, 120 years old, olive grove of 5000m2 is a common space of the Villa Tessa and Villa Lynn who is available for enjoyment.
In the kitchen there are basic ingredients (salt, sugar, oil, vinegar) and fresh and clean bedding and towels, so if you do not want to, there is no need to carry your own.
Guests have access to a complete villa and villa, including a common olive grove and a bakery oven where various specialties can be baked on request. Guests will, if need be, have the help of a local resident at any time, as well as the owner of those employees who hold the property. Visitors can arrange chefs (for a fee) and cleaners (free of charge) who will take care of everyday housework. Fresh vegetables from the yard and figs are free for consumption.
